As part of the RiseForward Internship Program, Bishop Ranch is pleased to host a special guest speaker event featuring Dr. John Silvanus Wilson Jr. on Friday, June 5 at Tahoe Auditorium, Roundhouse Conference Center.

Dr. Wilson is a nationally recognized leader in higher education and workforce development and currently serves as executive director of the McGraw Center for Educational Leadership at the University of Pennsylvania Graduate School of Education. He formerly served as President of Morehouse College and as executive director of the White House Initiative on Historically Black Colleges and Universities under President Barack Obama. His career has focused on developing future leaders and strengthening pathways between higher education and industry.

The RiseForward Internship Program is an eight-week summer experience that connects talented college students with leading companies at Bishop Ranch and in the San Francisco Bay Area. This conversation is part of the RiseForward program, a partnership between Bishop Ranch, Salesforce, and Tech Forward that brings HBCU students from across the country to the Bay Area for summer internships with companies across the Bishop Ranch community.
