Free Hands-Only CPR Class

In partnership with the San Ramon Valley Fire Protection District, San Ramon Regional Medical Center is hosting a free Hands-Only CPR class in Alexander Square. This life-saving training teaches participants how to check for a pulse, contact 911, and perform CPR without mouth-to-mouth. Hands-Only CPR is a simple, effective way to help save a life during cardiac arrest—and anyone can learn.

Classes will be held on the west side of the lawn in Alexander Square, near The Slanted Door restaurant. These quick, informational clinics are designed to teach essential life-saving skills but do not include certification. The sessions are open to all ages, with no registration required and spots available on a first-come, first-served basis.
