Sunset Development Company building management, working with the local Fire and Police Department, has established a plan of procedures to minimize the danger to occupants in the buildings and reduce property damage to the extent practical in the event of a fire or other emergency.

Quarterly inspections are conducted throughout the buildings as required by applicable law to check on the condition of fire fighting equipment and to correct any potentially hazardous conditions that are found. Sunset Development Company management personnel may order evacuation of a building in the case of a clear and present danger.
