This in-house team assists tenants with all their construction needs—everything from adding an additional electrical outlet to moving walls within an office suite. Bishop Ranch's construction services team has been completing construction projects at the Ranch for more than 25 years, and our commitment to quality and service ensures that each tenant gets the full benefit of this experience with each job they request.

When you submit a construction service request, a tenant services manager will contact you to confirm the nature and location of the work requested. Then the manager will generate an official scope of work and cost estimate for the project. After you sign and approve the scope and estimate, a project manager will be assigned to oversee your project to completion.
