New this week - Wednesday Yoga   Pass it on!

Here is an opportunity to come to the mat if you love your practice or, if you haven’t been able to make the Tuesday yoga class. For everyone, even those who are not sure if yoga is for them, the first class on March 28th is complimentary. Bring your mat and an open heart.

• Wednesdays, March 28 – May 2.  (Sessions recur every 6 weeks.)
• March 28th first class FREE 
• Special introductory price $35 for this first 6 week session only
• Drop-in - $10

Time: 12:05 to 12:50 pm – please arrive a few minutes early

Bring a mat, wear comfortable clothing
