Looking for more space for your next meeting than your current suite provides? Bishop Ranch has a variety of meeting spaces to accommodate your needs.

Meeting Rooms

2603 Camino Ramon, 2nd Floor (BR 3)

  • Three meeting rooms are available; two accommodate up to 10 people, one accommodates up to 14 people
  • Includes conference/boardroom table with chairs
  • High-speed Internet access and a projection screen
  • A common kitchen/lounge area with coffee and soft drinks
  • Rate: $25 per hour (2-hour minimum)

2400 Camino Ramon (BR 6)

  • Accommodates 10 to 14 people
  • Includes six conference tables, 14 chairs and a dry erase board
  • High-speed Internet access and a projection screen
  • Rate: $25 per hour (2-hour minimum)

One Annabel Lane, 2nd Floor (BR 12)

  • Small meeting room accommodates approximately 15 people
  • Includes conference table, chairs, dry erase board and standard electrical outlets
  • Rate: No charge to reserve this room; it’s reserved on a first-come, first-served basis
Bishop Ranch Conference Center

2623 Camino Ramon, Suite 175 (BR 3)

  • Offers high-speed Internet access, an LCD projector and projection screen, audio conferencing, complete audio system, DVD, VCR and white boards
  • All features are included in the rental fee
  • Full catering kitchen available
  • Capacity of Sunset Room A: 20 to 75 people
  • Capacity of Sunset Room B: 8 to 35 people
  • Capacity of Sunset Rooms A and B: 50 to 140 people (theater-style maximum is 100 people; reception maximum is 140 people)

The Conference Center also includes a complete catering kitchen with built-in buffet tables and access to an outdoor patio. Select a caterer for your event.

Reservations are available up to six months in advance.
