SG Medical Billing provides medical practices with an outsourcing solution for their billing needs. The company decreases the number of aging bills and uncollectible accounts by processing paperwork within 48 hours from the time it receives bills. SG also provides extensive reporting and statistical analysis through its billing software.

Left their hearts in San Francisco...and Danville
In the past, Sjogrell worked in San Diego and Gonce in Monterey, California. But they both worked in San Francisco right before they joined forces. "We've been in the Bay Area for our entire partnership," says Sjogrell. "When we merged our businesses, we moved to the East Bay."

They may visit other cities now, but they're happy to stay put in the Bay Area (both partners live in Danville). "We would never relocate, especially since we can teleconnect anywhere. Bonnie loves the city: the size, the theaters, and the restaurants. I have children and I love that we live in a place where they can feel safe."

Safe and convenient
Sjogrell says Bishop Ranch's location was a huge factor in their decision to lease the space—they don't have to get on a freeway to get to work—but it wasn't the only consideration. "In terms of the actual building and complex, we liked the security; we feel safe," says Sjogrell. "We like the way Bishop Ranch is maintained. They're always cleaning or landscaping or doing something. It's very, very nice. Our particular space is near a shopping area, so that's convenient for our staff, and we're close to a gym and a walking trail. There are terrific amenities and our office is great."

When duty doesn't call...
Gonce likes to ski and she appreciates the proximity and convenience of the slopes. Both the partners and their staff take advantage of Bishop Ranch's spa discounts. According to Sjogrell, "For a place to live and have a business, we couldn't ask for a better spot."
