    Your use of and access to the Company Sites is expressly conditioned on your acceptance of the following terms and conditions. If you do not or cannot agree with any part of the following terms and conditions, you may not use or access the Company Sites. Please note that this privacy policy only applies to the information that we collect via the Company Sites.

    This Privacy Policy describes how Bishop Ranch treats data and information about you that we collect/ receive from you through the Company Sites and other aspects of Bishop Ranch’s business including offline, and third parties. The privacy of your nonpublic personal information is important to us. We use safeguards to protect your privacy and confidentiality. This policy discusses information we collect and the manner in which it is used. We reserve the right, at any time, to add to, change, update or modify our privacy policy by posting such change, update or modification on the Company Sites, including this Privacy Policy web page. Any such change, update or modification will be effective immediately upon posting on the Company Sites.

    We use good faith efforts to maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to guard your nonpublic personal information. However, while we strive to protect your personal information, we do not ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk.

    We may collect non-public personal information from you which is not publicly available (“Non-Public Information”) when you voluntarily provide personally identifiable information to us through Company Sites, such as when submitting a work order, enrolling for an event or service, or entry into a sweepstakes, contest or drawing. When you register to request information on a Company Sites or make purchases on a Company Site you are submitting personal information. Once you use these features of the Company Sites, you are not anonymous to us.

    Bishop Ranch may acquire personal information from publicly available sources, social media platforms, and vendors and other third parties that may share information as permitted in their privacy policies.

    We may combine personal information collected as described above with information available from other sources (such as offline records or publicly available information). If the combined information permits us to contact you online or offline, we will treat the combined information as personal information.

    We reserve the right to use this collected information for marketing/product development research and other similar purposes, and/or to contact you regarding additional services or products that you may find useful.

    We may also release your information to others when we believe, in good faith, that such release is reasonably necessary to (i) comply with law, (ii) enforce or apply the terms of any of our user agreements, or (iii) protect the rights, property or safety of Company, Company’s users, or others. We may also sell, transfer and disclose your information part of a business divestiture, sale, merger, or acquisition of all or a part of our business.

    Cookies and other “Collection Technology” — Non-Personal Information may be collected in a variety of ways, but Collection Technology is often used. “Collection Technology” refers to cookies, web beacons, pixels, gifs, tags and other technologies that collect information in similar ways. Collection Technology such as a cookie may store a piece of data on your browser or device, while other forms of Collection Technology may identify your browser or device and/or collect information through other means. Google Analytics uses Collection Technology to collect and store anonymous information about you, which may include Non-Personal Information.     1. “Demographics and Interest Reporting” to analyze information regarding the interests and demographics of users of the Company Sites. We use such Non-Personal Information in the same manner in which used for other non-personal information as described below.

    3. “Google Display Network Impression Reporting” to report how people’s interactions with Bishop Ranch ads relate to their visits to the Company Sites.

    Bishop Ranch stores personal information using industry standard, reasonable and technically feasible physical, technical and administrative safeguards against foreseeable risks, such as unauthorized access.

    Please be aware that the Company Sites and data storage are run on software, hardware and networks, any component of which may, from time to time, require maintenance or experience problems or breaches of security beyond Bishop Ranch’s control. Bishop Ranch is not responsible for the acts and omissions of any third-party website or data storage provider.

    We cannot guarantee the security of the information on and sent to you from the Company Sites. No transmission of data over the internet is guaranteed to be completely secure. It may be possible for third parties not under the control of Bishop Ranch to intercept or access transmissions or private communications unlawfully. While we strive to protect your personal information, neither Bishop Ranch nor any of our Service Providers can ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us over the internet. Any such transmission is done at your own risk.

  7. Notice of Privacy Rights of California Residents
    If you are a California resident and have provided personal information to Bishop Ranch, you are entitled by law to request certain information regarding any disclosure by Bishop Ranch to third parties of personal information for their direct marketing purposes. To make such a request, send an email [email protected], specifying that you seek your “California Customer Choice Privacy Notice.” Specify the Company Site(s) or line(s) of business to which your request pertains. Please allow thirty (30) days for a response. Bishop Ranch is required to respond to only one request per customer each year and is not required to respond to requests made by means other than through the above email address.

    Bishop Ranch is committed to protecting the privacy of children. The Company Sites are directed to persons 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under age 18. If you under age 13, you are not permitted to use the Company Sites or to submit any personally identifiable information to the Company Sites. If you provide information to us, you represent and warrant to us that you are 18 years of age or older. If you are 13 – 17 years of age, you may visit, browse and use the information on the Company Sites, but you may not submit any personal information to the Company Sites and you represent and warrant to us that you have permission of your parent or guardian to use the Company Sites and any activities on the Company Sites, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.     This Privacy Policy shall be governed by, and will be construed under, the laws of the State of California, U.S.A., without regard to choice of law principles. Those who choose to access the Company Sites from locations outside of the United States do so on their own initiative, and are responsible for compliance with local laws if and to the extent local laws are applicable, including without limitation, all applicable laws, rules and regulations regarding the transmission of data exported from the United States or the country in which you reside. We may limit a Company Site’s availability, in whole or in part, to any person, geographic area or jurisdiction, at any time at our sole discretion.

    Personal information collected through the Company Sites and other aspects of Our business may be stored and processed in the United States or any other country in which we or our affiliates, subsidiaries or Service Providers maintain facilities.     The protections set forth herein with respect to Bishop Ranch shall apply equally to Sunset Development Company, a California corporation(“Sunset”), any entity related to Sunset or owning any portion of Bishop Ranch, and any and all of their respective direct or indirect partners, shareholders, members, affiliates, agents, officers, directors and employees.
