Take a midday break to reconnect with yourself while you relax and rejuvenate with 45 minutes of Gentle Yoga. Build strength, flexibility, balance and coordination, and deepen your self-awareness and inner peace. Please bring a mat. All levels are welcome.
Beginning Yoga is on Tuesday’s at 1:10 pm – 1:55 pm
