Tenant Profile: James Hassel

James Hassel’s grandmother, mother and sister were all nurses, so it’s little wonder that pharmaceutical sales caught his eye 11 years ago, when he was considering leaving a manufacturing sales position and exploring other prospects. “I thought pharmaceutical sales would be an interesting career to pursue,” says Hassel, who’s now regional director of sales at Novartis, a world leader in offering medicines to protect health, cure disease and improve well-being. “Unlike most other sales jobs, I’m selling more than just a tangible product. I have the opportunity to help patients live a better life.”
