Expanding Our Free
Express Bus Service

From February 1 through September 30, 2007, the Bishop Ranch Transportation Association (sponsored by Sunset Development, Chevron Corporation and the San Ramon Marriott) will expand its extensive free express bus program by offering free rides on County Connection’s route 121 and San Ramon’s newest route, 135. To ride free, eligible employees must present a valid Bishop Ranch Bus Pass to board the 960, 970, 920, 121 or 135 routes. Employees without a current pass must pay the regular cash fare.

Route 135 serves much of Bishop Ranch, the Shops at Bishop Ranch, the Marketplace Shopping Center, Dougherty Valley and the Dublin BART station. Buses run every 25 to 45 minutes from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. One important difference between route 135 and the 960/970 routes is that the 135 buses pick up and drop off along both sides of the streets, so you must cross the street for your return trip.

To get your free pass, call 830-0101; e-mail brtc@bishopranch.com; or go to www.bishopranch.com, click “Transportation Center” then “Free Bishop Ranch Bus Pass.” Route maps and timetables for these routes also are available at www.bishopranch.com.

Where to Catch Route 135

BR 3, 7, 9 and 15 San Ramon Transit Center
BR 6 and 8 Pole stops on Executive Parkway
BR 2 and Chevron Park Stop at Sunset/Bishop Drive (near Peet’s Coffee)
Marriott Pole stop at the Marriott entrance
