Strength Classes
6 wk session Cost $30
Monday’s — Strength Class August 2nd – September 6th
Wednesday’s — Ball Class August 4th – September 8th
These classes are strength training classes and require you to bring your own dumbbells (2 – 5 lbs).
At the class you will purchase from the instructor, Jeff Beard, a leg band for $5 at the
first class of the session. Exercise balls are also available to purchase for $35.

Instructor Judy Connaughton continues to lead Pilates classes at Bishop Ranch. Her dedicated clients have seen positive
results in the way they feel and look. She invites you to try a class to find out how you can strengthen and tone your core muscles,
and improve your overall fitness.
Pilates schedule
New Class Name: “Pilates Sculpt Fusion” – a great class to strengthen your core while increasing your flexibility, balance
and posture. Be sure to bring light weights to class (2-3 lbs.) for women, (5-7 lbs.) for men. And be sure to bring a mat
or towel for the carpeted floor. So sign up and get fit, energized, release the stress of your day and have fun with Judy,
the instructor.

Instructor, Judy Connaghton, will be hosting this new class in hopes of helping us get the kinks
out! The entire class is geared to those of us who want to feel more flexible, rejuvenate our
posture, alleviate neck, shoulder and back pain. Bring a mat and a therapeutic stretch band
(bands can also be purchased at class for $5)

Zumba® is exercise in disguise. The Zumba® program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow dance moves to create a

in an easy cardio-based dance work out.

Recommended Attire: Best shoes to wear are court shoes or “aerobic shoes” that do not have a lot of tread at the bottom.

Single
If 5+ people from one company come in and sign up within a week's timeframe, ALL individuals will receive the
Enrollment Fee of $50/each (Single, Couple or Family Membership).
This plan is particularly beneficial for companies who want to promote health and wellness to their employees.
The Corporation does not have to buy these for their employees, but rather direct their employees to the right
place for the huge discount.
Buy 5+ Corporate Memberships at a Time
Enrollment Fees Waived + 10% Savings on Annual Plan
Corporations may purchase memberships that are transferable to other employees within the company. The
corporation must purchase a minimum of 5 memberships to choose this plan. A fee of $100.00 is required to
transfer the membership from one employee to another.
This plan is particularly beneficial for companies who have an interest in promoting wellness programs and
reducing health insurance and sick leave usage. It also enables companies to extend a full-service health
club membership as part of their benefits package.
To take advantage of this rate, Corporations must pay the yearly fee up front on all 5+ memberships.
