Do you know the right way to perform the Heimlich maneuver? Or the most effective way to stop someone from bleeding? This four-day certification class will provide you with hands-on techniques that can make a difference in saving lives! The training covers CPR (infant, child, adult), choking management and basic first aid; at the end of the four-day class, students will receive a certification card.

Adams Safety Training, which teaches OSHA and California EMSA-Approved Training Programs, will lead the sessions. They can customize a class for your company or group relating to more than 100 OSHA health and safety topics, including CPR, first aid, blood-borne pathogens and prevention of illness and injury.
