How to Survive and Thrive in the New Economy
Tuesday, March 30, noon– 1 p.m.
2623 Camino Ramon, Suite 175 (BR3)
FREE, including light lunch
It’s no secret that businesses are facing unprecedented challenges in their quest for profitability, and expanding a business’s
client base is vital. However, there’s another behind-the-scenes area that is almost a business unto itself: financing the costs
associated with building that new clientele, and having resources and processes in place to vet clients and their credit.
Join us for a panel discussion that will provide insight and relief for businesses who are either struggling with—or want to
stave off—potentially difficult situations with their financing, accounting and operations. Industry experts will help your
teams work productively, saving you money and time down the road. The panel will feature Steve Ontiveros of Resource Business
Partners, consulting CFO Don Humphrey and business consultants Bruce Witney and Joy Montgomery.
Please call Tenant Services at 925.543.0100 to sign up today.

Instructor – Karen Queenan
2682 Bishop Drive, #205
San Ramon, CA 94583
Zumba® is exercise in disguise. The Zumba® program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow dance moves to create
a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. Basic salsa, cumbia, merengue, cha-cha, and reggaeton steps are
combined in an easy cardio-based dance work out.
Recommended Attire: Best shoes to wear are court shoes or “aerobic shoes” that do not have a lot of tread at the bottom.
Jazz sneakers or any old shoe where the bottom is worn is good so you can twist and turn easily.
