Bishop Ranch "LEEDING" the Way--Largest Office Park Ever to be Certified -- Accounting for 10% of California’s Total LEED Square Footage Certified in 2012
Bishop Ranch, the largest mixed-use business community in Northern California, today announced it has achieved LEED (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) certification for 37 office buildings. With 6 million sq. feet certified, it’s considered one of the most ambitious LEED projects and the largest office park certification completed, to date. Bishop Ranch accounted for more than 10% of the total new square footage that was LEED certified in California during 2012.
